Abstract
El siguiente texto nace de las trazas dejadas por la experiencia compartida con dos equipos de educadores especializados en una institución de la región parisina, en Francia. Fui convocada por la dirección de la institución como psicóloga clínica, psicoanalista, para lo que se denomina «acompañamiento del equipo y análisis de las prácticas». Durante dos años me he reunido semanalmente con cada equipo. Los equipos están formados por educadores especializados, el director -que es el mismo para los dos equipos- y un jefe de servicio por cada uno de ellos.
