Ethics for a school violence Allegation: Immune paradigm Failures in the State of Mexican Law
Main Article Content
Abstract
This paper discusses the risks involved with the creation of laws that seek to eradicate school violence. To achieve this objective, we propose what the problem is enclosing the law itself, analyzed through biopolitics, to denounce the violent nature of the immune preemptive paradigm that has shaped the legal field. Likewise, an analysis of a proposed law against Bullying that aims to make the rule of law in the United States of Mexico based on the immune / biopolitical paradigm of our time is done. In contrast, other
options are intended to provide boarding as psychoanalytic interpretation. This in order to escape the post-political operations and to understand that violence is part of the human condition, as well as elucidate the manifestations of violence encountered in school settings may express something that is the product of a deep crisis due to same social order in which they are enrolled.
