Carry through an intervention device with psychoanalytic foundation for the attention to hospitalized women for gestational loss diagnosis.
Main Article Content
Abstract
The purpose of the next article is to account for a research-intervention made with hospitalized women in a public institution due to indicative diagnosis of gestational loss. Regarding the research, the objective was to analyze the unchained psychic processes triggered by the sudden death of a son and the outcomes given by the characteristics of admission in a health institution; the above brings to light an analysis of the pain, uncertainty, anxiety and guilt as stand out topics in the clinical findings. Likewise, according to the intervention’s purpose, an intervention device with psychoanalytic foundations was developed in order to generate the needed conditions for the clinical work with hospitalized patients due to gestational loss. The elements involved in the device are also shown throughout the development of this work, which are the insertion to the medical field, the preponderant elements during the clinical session, and the theorem-clinical discussions around the object of discussion.
