Study group. A possibility in the transmission of psychoanalysis
Main Article Content
Abstract
The transmission of Psychoanalysis has been a controversial since its origin. An increasing institutionalization has made it deviate from the original guidelines set by its main authors: Freud and Lacan. Some places that today offers psychoanalytic training undergoes subjects to a set of dogmas and rigid parameters for obtaining a knowledge. Thus, certain psychoanalytic theory’s peculiarities such as questioning, reflection and criticism have become unnecessary tools in some of the university discourses. This article gives an account of this controversy and raises study groups as an alternative in psychoanalysis transmission. It is a proposal emerged from the experience of a particular group called “Círculo cero” which bases its functioning on guidelines as the work transference, love and the desire rather than institutional aspects that lead to obtaining degrees and certifications.
