Main Article Content
Abstract
In this article a reflection arising from clinical work was carried out in an institution of detention for juvenile offenders is shown; by such reflection elements were found to think confinement as a condition of possibility of transmission of legality and not only as a process involving desubjective effacement of the subject as such to impose the primary objective of the institution: the “re-integration” of young society. Reclusion intended as deprivation of liberty, is being executed punishment for those who have transgressed the social pact and is open to any young singular interpretation of detention; that is where the situation was found to launch a clinical device based on psychoanalysis in an institution of confinement for juveniles, in order to return the word to that discomfort during the closure returns confusedly, while in first instance it spring following the closure itself, however, listening allows the origins of the unrest, which are linked to the history of the subject and not just the transgressive act or to imprisonment same disclosure; this revelation given conditions of possibility to build from that imprisonment notion of legality that favors the course of its existence, in the back at the end of their internment life.
