Transformational leadership as a resource for wellbeing at work

Abstract

The present work is a theoretical analysis of the relationship between leadership and psychological and subjective well‐being in job scenario. To that effect there were analyzed and linked the domains of psychological and subjective well‐being, and the domains that integrate transformational leadership. It is considered that transformational leadership can be used as a resource that articulates the job with oneself and others satisfaction. This statement is funded with the empiric evidence about the interaction between health, leadership and well‐being.
