Abstract
Vivimos en un mundo impregnado de violencia. La violencia ejercida tanto dentro como fuera del ámbito familiar, constituye uno de los más acuciantes problemas que aquejan no sólo a las mujeres, sino también a los niños y a las personas de la tercera edad. No obstante, dada la necesidad que en este momento nos ocupa, me enfocaré en la violencia intrafamiliar hacia la mujer.
