Children's voices around the resilience: the life experiences of children living in a family home in Ecatepec, State of Mexico

Abstract
Narrative biographical research about life experiences in conditions of poverty and neglect of three children in-house residents of a temporary home in Ecatepec de Morelos, Estado de Mexico. Three categories analysis were structured: community living, social interaction and school experience. Results revealed some narratives from the participants about the importance of a sense of belonging and acceptance in community and school settings. Significant figures in resilience were identified who in this research turned out to be peers, teachers and other residents of the temporary home revealing that even in marginal conditions emotional ties are created which are reflected in positive interactions promoting resilient resources. Finally, as an important finding, it was found that children's narratives are a methodological resource which help to understand more in depht the subject of study giving it a framework in logic of everyday life.
