Main Article Content
Abstract
In the last decades, the study of the professions has occupied the attention of diverse disciplines framed in the social sciences. Although a multidisciplinary approach implies an analysis that contemplates what the profession is, the professional or how these figures are constructed from different scenarios in which they are developed; The current demands of the labor market make analyzing these constructs more complex, since it is not enough to understand only what the profession is, the professionals generate a diffuse subjective structure on what should be the ideal of the professional. Difficulties such as the tensions e xperienced by the welfare state in underdeveloped societies such as the Mexican, poverty, exclusion and marginalization of various sectors of the population, have aroused the concern and responsiveness of investigations that begin To understand and appropriate this professional flexibility to try to explain what are the implications to these individuals. The purpose of this paper is to make a brief review of some existing theories and frameworks on this transformation in the work scenario, with the aim of proposing a theoretical discussion that will serve as a basis for understanding and explaining this Scenario from an approach to the subjectivity of the professionals.
