Abstract

Academic freedom has constituted within critical pedagogy one of the most important topics of analysis. At present it is presents as one of the prevailing needs in the field
educational, although it does not stop causing controversy due to the difficulty distinguish how far academic freedom is being defended and
where the limits are lost; how far a speech about the exercise of academic freedom and to what extent it is congruent in the practice. In this article, Mtra. in Educational Guidance, Blanca
