Abstract

Through the notion of justice that is found in Freud, this work traces his medical records during the period 1890-1895. It also gives rise to describe some dreams reported by their patients in 1900 where the notion of justice have been referred. From these paths, we intend to demonstrate that Freud laid the foundations to think about the relationship between subjects and justice; important element to think the cause of the symptoms, dreams or fantasies. However, Freud’s approaches did not attributed the same sense of justice for men and women, which causes that both men and women could be placed in positions of inequality on issues like merit, punishment and sacrifice.
